I am currently working with a team of writers and developers to create xml scripts and other single sourcing techinques to deliver motorola’s Android based smart phone documentation to the phones themselves.

I was the Lead writer and editor for All Weather Inc’s proposal to replace the FAA’s Information display systems. I was responible for several key sections of the 150 page propsal, including the technical section explaining how AWI’s product would function in the FAA’s National air space infrastructe. AWI won the bid for the IDSR project in June of 2010.

Working closely with AWI’s development staff, I wrote, edited and published a system overview for AWI’s Information Display System: FlexIDS. This was to prepare for their bid to replace the FAA's current information display systems.

Documenting Syclo's mobile enterprise products gave me the opportunity to interact with a small, growing company. One of two writers, I worked closely with the product team to help Syclo obtain its SAP partner certification.
- Produced documentation deliverables for Agentry development platform and mobile products lines using existing documentation, engineering interviews, and specifications.
- Managed the documention portion of the project to achieve SAP certification for Syclo’s mobile product.
- Created a training program for Syclo’s SAP mobile product, and manged and facilitated the classes for customers and Syclo Staff.

As an independent consultant at UTStarcom, I managed documentation projects both locally and remotely with teams based in Vancouver. I was responsible for UTStarcom wireless documentation, which included their PDSN products, as well as base-station transceivers.
- Produced documentation deliverables for wireless telephony and voice over IP product lines using hands-on lab experience, existing documentation, and engineering interviews and specifications.
- Set up documenation test bed for wireless data system.
- Responsible for managing all the wireless documentation projects.

Documenting GE healthcare RIS and PACS systems gave me the opportunity to work in a large corporation. I was part of large documentation team, working in a very high pressure, high energy environment. My experience here gave me the confidence to become a consultant.
- Produced documentation deliverables for several product lines including Unix-based PACS and RIS Server\Client Systems within tight deadlines.
- Set up clustered PACS and RIS Servers for the documentation test bed.
- Worked with team members to develop documentation procedures for the documentation department.
